Returns & Refunds Policy

At Arora’s, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our updated return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

 We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Stickers and bookmarks (non-returnable once dispatched).

  • Change-of-mind returns (unless otherwise agreed upon).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. To exchange an item, follow the return process below and mention the replacement request in your email.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at connect.aroras@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Method: Returns must be sent by mail.

  • Return Label: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns (except in cases where the error is ours).

  • Items must be returned to the address provided by our support team. Do not return items without prior approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order is damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos of the outer packaging and the item. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue swiftly.
