Returns & Refunds Policy

At Arora’s, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refund guidelines below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    You may request a return if:
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Change-of-mind returns (unless otherwise agreed upon).
  1. How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at connect.aroras@gmail.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
    Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
  1. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping will be your responsibility.
    Items must be returned to the address provided by our customer support team. Please do not return items without prior approval.
  1. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved:
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
  1. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
  2. Damaged Items in Transit: If your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and item so we can take up with our delivery partners at the earliest and resolve the issue.
  3. Stickers and Bookmarks are not eligible for return or exchange once dispatched from our store.
